Marc Cornella, President & Managing Director

After graduating in 1987 with a degree in Business Administration, Marc accepted a finance position with the Xerox Corporation. After seven years of increased responsibility developing creative financing solutions for big business, Marc recognized a need in the medical community. Applying his corporate experience, he began helping medical practitioners address their financing needs. In 1995, Marc founded USMF for the purpose of providing the most competitive turnkey, total-practice financing for medical professionals. Marc specializes in unique finance programs for healthcare practitioners of all disciplines, and strives to ensure complete satisfaction for all of his clients. Marc is especially proud of the close relationships he has formed while helping so many clients achieve their goals.

Glenn M. Cornella, Vice President

Glenn joined USMF in 1996. Previously, he worked for ITT Caesar’s World for 16 years, where he gained valuable experience managing client credit and building customer satisfaction. At USMF, Glenn is responsible for helping clients develop new businesses and spearhead unique finance programs for practice acquisition, practice expansion, new practice startup and debt consolidation. Glenn is personally committed to finding the best solution to every individual client’s finance requirements.
